Toilet didn’t flush, and refrigerator temperature was 52 degrees top and bottom. They kept lying, and saying that they was coming to fix it. But every time I called them, they told me that they had no maintenance crew. But kept asking me for rent money, but never repaired anything it was so bad; that I had to call code enforcement. And found out, it was more problems with the apartment. That I didn’t even know about my fire alarm beside the kitchen didn’t work, my water heater was leaking from ...
the ceiling, and my air and heating system had a whole in the ceiling where my air was leaving out of the apartment. I didn’t have a vent or a plug-in in my bathroom, which caused gnats in my bathroom do to moisturize in the bathroom. Plus the bucket of water that I had to keep at all time, because my toilet didn’t flush.

Don’t move here

They don’t fix or replace anything. The cheap tiles on the floor slide as soon as you walk into the door. Everything is cheaply made, it’s like living in a makeshift house.

Deposit issue and repair issue
June 20, 2023
Was told a check wld b mailed to new address to receive refund of deposit. Never received it and when asked about it, was then told that that they nvr said that. Townhouse was cleaned very nicely and was better looking than when moved in. Get it in writing if promised deposit back. Also slow with issue on broken water line. Went 2 weeks w/o water. This is not standard and is unacceptable as well.

This is probably one of the worst places you can choose to live in lexington. At night there’s roaches everywhere that try to come into your house. The landlord handles absolutely nothing but she will argue with you while continuing to handle nothing. Probably one of the worst landlords i’ve ever had. Please do yourself a favor and don’t live here.

We continuously tried scheduling a tour and calling and knocking on the leasing office door for our calls and texts to be completely ignored, after multiple calls a rude woman answered and clearly didn’t have the time of day to help up. This place is not even worth trying.

Hi I've been living here and the maintenance men dont fix stuff and your manager wants to argue with u about the property. They do fix stuff its piece together. They dont salt or treat the parking area. I would not recommend this place to no one. Also I have asked for the last 4 months for the owners number. She will not give it to me. I guess she is afraid of losing her job she talks to u like a dog this is something else..

I have lived here for 10 years! I love this little community we have! Ms. Sylvia is the greatest! Everyone here is really nice, all neighbors get along. Pretty quiet over here. Very nice place to live.
