    Management is very cheap. There is nothing luxurious about this luxury rental. Elevators occasionally fail. Paint is peeling off a wall in a brand new building. The bathtub has a rust. But the biggest and most dangerous problem is the window. Most of the windows on the building are defective. They do not close all the way. When it rains outside, it also rains in your apartment. 4 Managers have quit their jobs in 4 months because they can't deal with the building issues. It was too much ...
    for them. Superintendent of the building has quit as well. Owners of the building are very cheap and stingy. They would lie and promise a fix asap. It has been 5 months and no resolution. They don't wanna reach into their pockets. Building maintenance company has also complained about not getting paid and they are quitting as well. Living conditions in the building are deteriorating day by day. If you value your living standards Avoid this place.
