Illegal Handling of things by Landlord and Maintenance

These people are ridiculous. The past 2 days the water has been shut off WITHOUT NOTICE. Maintenance is not answering their phone and water has been shut off for hours. Bills and utilities always paid in full and on time. Landlords are a group of rich stuck up men that seem to think they're above the law. Definitely in need of new management.

I’ve only been here 6 weeks and I HATE this place already!!! I will be leaving sooner than my 12 month lease term. 1. There’s no on site office, any problems or concerns you have to call a remote location in NJ who conveniently never answers the phone. Mind yous, they never had a problem answering before I moved in and when I was contacting them about my deposits, but now that I live here and have legit concerns, my text, emails and calls have been ignored FOR WEEKS! 2. One of the property ...
owners, Sam, rented me the apartment with a move in date of 9/1/2018. They email you the lease, for YOU to print out, mind you the lease is 10 pages. Then you have to return it signed (which I never did after seeing the horrible conditions of the apartment, so in all actuality, they have no active lease agreement against me). When I viewed the apartment, the appliances looked new, when I insisted on doing a final walk thru to make sure the place was “move in ready”, all those appliances were switched out, except for the dishwasher. Now, the next day 9/2/2018, I went to clean the place, as you should do with any new place of residence. The apartment was so DIRTY! Floors dusty, the only real thing they did was paint the walls. The refrigerator was disgusting, with roaches crawling in and also dead ones. Once I opened the dishwasher, a abundance of ROACHES WERE CRAWLING IN AND OUT OF THE DISH WASHER. Come to find out the entire apartment was infested with rodents. And of course I brought this to the owners attention. He had an exterminator come out the next day and promised to replace the dishwasher. It is now 10/09/18, that same dishwasher has been sitting in my floor for 3 weeks, Uninstalled. The roaches are running rampant throughout the apartment, I’ve contacted the main office and Sam for weeks and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. I’m so upset i moved here, with my brand new belongings and furniture. Now I have to find another place to live and possibly take these disgusting rodents with me. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL Regret it!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE LEASING CONSULTANT KARLEENA TO SEE A 2BEDROOM APARTMENT WHICH WAS AVAILABLE AT LIBERTY WALK APARTMENTS LOCATED 500 E 24TH STREET, CHESTER PA 19013. ON A MONDAY SHE THEN CALLED ME (THE DAY OF THE APOINTMENT) AND CANCELLED 2 HOURS BEFORE THE SHOWING. SHE TOLD ME THE REASON WHY SHE CANCELLED WAS BECAUSE SHE HAD ANOTHER SHOWING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I GAVE HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND SAID ""OKAY" LETS SCHEDULE ANOTHER ...
APPOINTMENT. WE SCHEDULED ON A WEDNESDAY 2(DAYS LATER. I CALLED HER ON WEDNESDAY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT SHE THEN LIED AND TOLD ME THE APOINTMENT THAT WE HAD SCHEDULED 2 DAYS AGO, WAS AT A LATER TIME, THEN WHAT WE AGREED THE 2DAYS AGO...I ASK KARLEENA (SHE LIED AND SAID IT WAS 3:30PM UNSTEAD OF THE 1PM WHICH I AGREED TO THE MONDAY WHEN SHE ASKED ME TO RESCHEDULE. I SHOWED UP THINKING I WAS ABOUT TO SEE THE APARTMENT AND KARLEENA DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. I THEN CALLED LIBERTY WALK APARTMENTS AND TOLD THE LADY WHAT WAS GOING ON SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO CALL KARLEENA TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND SHE WAS GOING TO CALL BACK. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF THEY STOOD ME UP, THEY WOULD DO THE SAME THING TO ANYONE ELSE. IT WAS IMPORTANT THAT I FIND A PLACE TO LIVE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND LIBERTY WALK APARTMENTS WASTED MY TIME.

Scheduled an apointment today to view an apartment here. The landlord said "i'm on my way" and never showed up. I asked her what happened and she said "i am not going back and forth through text. We do not want your business". Her name was kim. If this place allows such a rude person to represent them i don't want to know how they treat their tenants! I just spoke with the leasing company about a showing. They refused to show the apartment without me bringing all the requirements to fill the application that day. That included the application fee. I told them that I would bring them what they needed later if the apartment was what I wanted, since it's not in a good neighborhood and didn't have all the amenities I desired. They told me that they had no desire to meet with me a second time, and if I wouldn't bring what they demanded on the first ...
