It's hard to recommend a place that doesn't have amenities in the building itself and extra steps have to be taken to get amenities. However my overall experience has been nice. Other than the laundry and amenities I would recommend these apartments

The company is trying to spruce up the building but the people that live here don't seem to care about their surroundings. They leave trash, overfill trash bins/cans, let their dogs pee right outside the front door so it smells in the summer and don't clean the laundry room/empty out the lint in the dryer.

Love the location and the value of the size of the apartment for the cost. The common spaces are not always the cleanest and I know its out of the apartments control but the construction around the apartment has been very annoying. Overall great place to live, valet trash was a nice addition in the last year, which really helped with the mess in the trash room.

I would recommend this apartment community because the staff has been great, and the location is prime considering how much cheaper it is compared to other complexes in the area. Plus there is so much charm to this community, from the huge windows and high ceilings, to the outside of the building as well.
