Used to be a nice place to live
April 2, 2021Current management unable to handle a dog barking problem since August 2021. I truly understand that dogs will bark occasionally. That is not a problem. When my neighbor leaves, her dogs bark and howl for hours on end. Management has not been to fix this issue in the last 8 months. I work from home and when on zoom meetings, people ask what kind of dogs I have! They are that loud. I would like to stay living here, but under these circumstances, it is impossible.Property Manager Responded

We understand that dogs barking can be disruptive, and we strive to create a community atmosphere that all of our residents can enjoy. That being said, we are a pet friendly community and unfortunately sometimes there are going to be instances where you may hear dogs barking. We address all complaints with pet owners, and work to find an amicable solution that helps improve the situation. We in the office will continue to do everything in our power to minimize disturbances, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward!
