FABULOUS
January 9, 2019Me and my husband have been living in this complex for 6 months. The team have been wonderful Murray is always helpful and attentive. Any repair issues which have arisen, have been resolved in both proper and timely manner. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they make every effort to assess and complete repairs the same day. The location is amazing so close to everything from the beach, to shopping plazas, highways, restaurants you name it. We looked at different properties ...before deciding on this place. Beautiful and Comfortable Place
August 27, 2018I've lived here since last year, the area is truly quiet and beautiful. You have all your local shops nearby, Downtown Hollywood, the beach, Aventura Mall is only 15 minutes away. The office staff, especially Murray, is truly a sweetheart, he always makes sure your issues are resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance staff are very polite, professional and always helpful when I reached out. May 29, 2018I've been a resident of Park Hollywood since January 2017, and now I love it. Building is under new ownership and management since mid 2017, and the improvements so far have been amazing. Property manager and maintenance staff are very friendly, diligent, and quick to respond. I really love the peace and quite. Location is great!!!
