Horrible
March 20, 2024Company that owns it now is horrible. They never fix anything. No one at the office answers the phones. The maintenance people never come out to fix anything. For example: I been without heat for 2 rent payments now(and I have kids). The part had been ordered (which they mentioned would take 3 weeks[going on 2 months now]). My fridge needed replaced months ago sounds like an airplane in my kitchen. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone (called the emergency line also) and at this point if they ...would just answer an excuse would even due but can’t get that(sigh….) Been here 5 years and never missed or had a late payment and the rent goes up atleast twice a year (based off housing market they say right) regardless of your lease. But the tenant would be wrong if I maybe just don’t pay the rent right then management would respond or reach out then right or try and late fee charge me or evict me ….. stuck in a lose lose situation dealing with these apartments. Don't move here
May 11, 2022My mom lived here for probably about 8 years and they NEVER replaced anything. Not the carpet not even the birds nest that kept setting up in her exhaust fan.Review from Apartments.com
