    The apartments themselves are not bad. With only 8 units, its a small community. The problem lies in the neighborhood, and the lack of control on the owners part. You WILL have your car messed with, whether it's stuff being thrown at it, a window being broken out, or missing windshield wipers. You WILL find opiate needles laying in the garage. You WILL find blood, and feces on the walls- a new splatter at least once a month. You WILL find bloody rags laying in the garage. You WILL find abandoned ...
