Not worth it.
July 19, 2021Cockroaches outnumbered the Richmond city residents. Had a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom for at least a year and black mold. Was never taken care of before I moved out. Lived there three years. Rent kept being raised by more than allowed. Do not recommend at all.Property Manager Responded

We understand your frustration, but please know that our management and maintenance team want nothing more than a positive experience for our residents, so we apologize if this was not the case for you. Our rental rates are dictated by HUD based on jurisdiction and we do not raise rents over the max. gross rent allowed per the guidelines. Thank you.
