        I’ve lived here nearly a year and have had nothing but great experiences. the times I’ve submitted a work order, it’s been very quickly resolved. Since the new community manager Gina took over, the communication with the office has been super clear, I always know about events and what’s going on in the community. Really the staff here is all amazing, Luke, Ari, Janet, all very friendly and great in the office.

        I have a 25 year background in property management. By far one of the most challenging parts of PM. Lionsgate has the best maintenance team I have ever experienced. Great staff all around, well maintained property, grounds, etc. Management really works hard to create a nice soace. Great job to the entire Lionsgate team. Glad we are here.

        Having lived in Tanasbourne and Orenco for 15 years, I have seen much nicer quality apartments for less. If you need a garage like I do, and find yourself interested in LionsGate, choose a renovated unit. Otherwise the classic, non renovated models are so old and outdated, that it simply just doesn’t feel right living here. It seems the non-renovated townhomes are in such poor condition that it does not reflect the high cost. The staff and management are friendly and do seem professional but ...
        unfortunately the townhome is simply not nice at all. The only thing that is luxury is the lobby. The grounds are well-kept for the most part, and also very friendly for kids and pets with parks/trails nearby.
