  • So many problems

    I love the interior of the apartment but that's it. Things break constantly, sinks and drains clog, the washer and dryer break, the lights outside are broken or non functioning, the lock to the building even broke once. It wouldn't be so bad but the office barely answers the phone so it takes forever to ask for maintenance, and when they finally answer maintenance can take weeks to come. The parking lot has empty spots but they won't let you get an extra pass. The walls are thin and sound gets ...
    through easily. The A/C unit doesn't reach the bedroom. Tobacco juice leaks from the bathroom walls after every shower. They do a terrible job of plowing during the winter. Street parking is risky. My car was in a hit and run in the street and my girlfriend's car was stolen from the parking lot so vehicles aren't safe. The interior may look nice but I recommend living somewhere else.

  • The upkeep of this property has went down

    Does not clean the inside of building and if you call the excuse is because they're short staff. The outside upkeep is terrible. Does not clean up the extra trash from garbage bins. Take the rent up 30 dollars plus every year.
