When I was preparing to move into town I absolutely fell in love with all of the trees and the beautiful pool even though there were no units to preview due to the flooding. Once I finally got into my apartment I was still happy with my choice. The bathrooms, closets and kitchen are spacious which is important for me because I have a lot of stuff. I pay good money to live here at Live Oaks and something needs to be done about Tammy. She doesn't have respect for anyone! I hate calling the office and she answers the phone. They need to watch her I’ve seen her take stuff. She used to live here and you would always see her coming out of apartments with stuff. I’ve seen the guys put fans in her truck and I know it’s her vehicle because she use to live here. She complained a lot and put the blame on others it’s never her. I've been living here ...

for a few years and never want to deal with her. I usually call and hope that jay answers the phone. Tammy is so lazy! I never see her walk around I never see her even help! I hope something can be done soon about her. Maintenance (Steven) is great they do anything I need they didn't use to be like that but now it is. When I first moved in I had so many problems with my A/C but they finally got me a new one. The lawn people is horrible! They blow wherever and they not paying attention and my door mat is usually not in front of my door its just a mess! The grounds can look better trash is always around the pool area. The pool is usually clean but in July it was very green looking but it got better in August. Parking can be horrible at night! If you come in by 9 there isn't parking close to your apartment. But that Tammy is the worse thing they could have brought to Live Oaks the old manager Jackie was the bomb! I don’t know what happen to her but, they need her back because that Tammy is useless and very very rude! She is always yelling in the office she is so fake and everyone that lives here know it! But I do like that my rent hasn't increased since I've lived here, jay did tell me that when I moved in and that hasn’t changed she is great. We haven’t received any notices about the new gate or the front gate. No one tells us anything anymore. We used to get newsletters that doesn't happen either. The area is great I'm near everything shopping, movies and places to eat! The school that my children attend is close to the apartments as well and the day care is down the road! We love it here just a few things need to be updated and changed!!!! The price is wonderful too to say what we have! The trash area can look better trash sometimes get very messy around the dumpers and it smells bad! They do need to do something about that especially on the weekends!!

We have been at Live Oaks for over 2 years now and we love it. We are only moving because we have purchased a house. Tammy and Jaye are fantastic to work with. They are very pleasant and responsive to questions. We've had no issues at all. Any maintenance requests have been taken care of by Steven quickly, again with no issues. had no issues with parking, and our neighbors are all great. Our apartment is very spacious and has nice amenities. The bedrooms and closets are HUGE! Our family has thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. We have lived in other apartments and overall, this has been the best experience by far. I highly recommend Live Oaks with no hesitation.

This is our third year living at Live Oak and I cannot tell you the love I have for this place. From the very beginning the office staff has been so lovely and helpful. Our maintenance crew is like family and take care of everything the same day. It is like a little neighborhood with everyone looking out for each other. Super quiet and a safe place if you have children. We feel like we really lucked out when finding this gem.
