They don't answer the phone on the first ring or even within five rings. You have to call multiple times. When they do answer, they use their first name as if their personal phone. Not to mention they're rude. They don't actually have anything available. Apparently they have a waiting list and their corporate office is the one who manages the listings who have no clue what's available or not. Then they hung up on me.

I have currently resided at the address for one year. I have been less than thrilled. When I first moved into the address; I asked the lady who gave me my walk through. How often the creek flooded. She replied that she had never heard of it flooding... Needless to say it floods all the time! She either was brand new, or just didn't know, (I don't see how she wouldn't know; since it's in the lease agreement.) but either way. You do not want to be on the first floor here!!!!! However you would ...
think that a deduction of rent would be in order since it is a big hassle when it happens. Went almost a month the first time with no carpets on my floors! Make sure you have renters insurance when living here. And keep your furniture elevated lol. Their maintenance team is top notch always quick to fix any minor issues. They don't do the carpets though lol. Everyone was very polite at the office.
