We have a beautiful renovated studios ready to move it. The units are amazing but small. However, you can’t beat the price. Utilities are all included at 75 per person. The property is still in the transformation phase, but it is on its way to completion. We have several newly remodeled units that are ready for move in. The LivingQ-Sherman Heights offers a fun lifestyle and great environment through social interaction with fellow tenants. We have an amazing exterior with a new deck, BBQ area, fire pit with accompanying activities. We offer short & long term lease options for private studios. Units come both furnished and unfurnished with complimentary high speed wifi, truly a no hassle move in. We are interviewing fun and social tenants to join the communal community.
