DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE

Here is a list of things the management can do to make this place better… but don’t. 1. Vacuum the carpeted hallways biweekly… not a lot to ask for the amount of money they get out of us. 2. Carpet clean the hallways every 6 months. The amount of food waste and nasty trash that stains and stinks up the hallways is disgusting. It smells bad all the time. 3. Address problems instead of acting like they know nothing about them (they definitely do) 4. Communicate trash pick up more frequently. So ...
many times trash pick up has not come when supposed to and we get no warning… then get charged a fee if it’s still out in the morning when we had no clue… 5. FIX THE GRILLS!!!! Out of like 7 or 8 grills like 2 work so annoying. 6. Hire a crew to pick up animal droppings (we know you have the money) 7. Stop sucking. 8. Do better 9. Seriously this place sucks and is not worth the money. 10. The office will act like they care about this review but will do nothing to remedy anything.

Full disclosure: I haven't moved in yet. But, my interactions with the property have been nothing less than stellar so far and we've just been approved. Madison, one of the leasing agents, was a big reason for us choosing to go with these apartments. We showed up late to our tour appointment and she took it in stride, showed us right away, answered all of our questions, and really made us feel welcome and at ease. You'd think most leasing agents would be this way but that isn't always the case. ...
