Requirements: credit score 650+, income 2.5+ times the rent, and a favorable landlord reference. $50 per adult non-refundable application fee required. Set up your private viewing today through the zllow site & click on the "Request a Tour" blue icon. You will receive a personal code to the lockbox! The key is located in the lockbox attached to the metal railing next to unit #5 on the lower level. When done viewing, please turn off lights, lock the doors, and return the key to the lockbox.
