I have lived at Loden SV for about 4 months and have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are nice and I am excited to use the outdoor amenities this summer. The location is convenient with Target, YMCA, Cub Foods, food, and more all down Lexington. When I have asked staff questions or needed maintenance to come by the people I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. One inconvenience about the apartment complex is parking options, especially for overnight guests, however I haven’t had ...
issues with guests receiving parking tickets for parking overnight on the street. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to move here and have recommended this place to friends who are looking for housing.

Moved in back in October 2025 and life has been good since then during my time at lodenSV! The area is great, a ton of things are very close by. The apartment has a nice pickleball court and people are friendly in the hallways. Just a solid apartment building, can’t go wrong.

OG here! its been 8 years since Ive been living at Loden, same apartment the whole time. It’s very convenient to the cities and other surrounding areas. Right by Red Robin, Green Mill, Target, Cub Foods, Caribou, etc! The apartment does fun community events to get to know your neighbors! Dog and cat friendly !
