Loden SV - A Great Place to Live
February 20, 2026I have lived at Loden SV for about 4 months and have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are nice and I am excited to use the outdoor amenities this summer. The location is convenient with Target, YMCA, Cub Foods, food, and more all down Lexington. When I have asked staff questions or needed maintenance to come by the people I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. One inconvenience about the apartment complex is parking options, especially for overnight guests, however I haven’t had ...issues with guests receiving parking tickets for parking overnight on the street. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to move here and have recommended this place to friends who are looking for housing.Property Manager Responded

February 20, 2026Very happy that I chose to call Loden SV my new home when I moved here from South Dakota last summer. I’m a PhD student and work from home and find my apartment and places in the building such a great space to study and work. The amenities are ?????????? Loden SV is a decent place to live
February 19, 2026Moved in back in October 2025 and life has been good since then during my time at lodenSV! The area is great, a ton of things are very close by.
