I've been here for 3 months now and upon moving in there was roaches but outside pest control came in and now nothing. I give it 4 stars because if the playground had a covering it would be a perfect 5 stars, it's too hot for kids to go on the playground with everything being scorching hot. Office manager is awesome, she just doesn't tolerate bullshit but she works with you and cares about everything being ok inside the apartment and she just doesn't get recognized for all she does, it's those ...
who have high maintenance expectations that complain but complex is well gated, even barbed wire on back wall, you can only get in with a card and there's an elevator and apartments are huge inside. Neighborhood sucks but other than that it's awesome and Machelle rocks!

I think different, and when the end of the year comes around I will show her that I made under the quota that you have to make to live there and you talk about a lady that has no respect that's her.

Great living place, and they base rent off income. Nice playground for the kids, and a clean and spacious pool as well as a bbq area, also they have a basketball court in case you wanted to work on your jump shot, Manager are real friendly and understanding when it come to renting. And it is all inside so it is protected with cameras and you have to have a key card to get inside the building so it is safe.
