Great place to live!

Beautiful building and a very reasonable price for the amount of space you get! The landlord Jenny was very accommodating to our needs as tenants and maintenance staff responded quickly to any issues or break downs in the unit. All staff were very polite and kind and worked hard to keep the lofts looking great. Right before we moved out (relocated to CT, had nothing to do with the apartments) the lofts were starting to implement some improvements to the building including filling in potholes in ...

the parking lot, repainting the building and parking spaces, and fixing part of the septic system. It is very apparent that staff care a lot about the property and making sure all tenants have a positive living experience. Definitely recommend it!

Management is terrible TERRIBLE. Jenny is extremely unprofessional and that’s only if you can get ahold of her which is very rare. She will not give any contact info for anyone other than her. Heat only heats the upper part of the lofts. It’s unbearably hot upstairs and downstairs is at least 10 degrees colder. You hit a wall of the drastic temperature change on the stairs in both directions. Homeless people live in the abandoned buildings next door. No one in the building cleans up after ...

their animals, hallways smell of cat urine despite the air fresheners plugged in. You can hear every conversation your neighbors have no matter what direction they live from you, every step they take you hear, I could literally quote the office episodes playing next door as they played it. Laundry is $4 a load and you can only do laundry via a card you have to pay for. The machine only takes certain bill amounts and you don’t get the money back that you paid to get the card to do laundry or the remainder of the money on the card. The flooring is unique and that is literally only good part of this apartment run run run somewhere else.
