Had a showing scheduled for 4pm. They texted at 2pm to confirm or cancel showing by 3pm. (Mind you most people work 8-5) I was in meetings at work where I couldn’t answer a text and they cancelled my showing. Absolutely insane, I called them back at 3:05pm and asked if they were able to keep the showing for 4pm and they denied.
Poor management, broken heat and AC 3-5 times in one year

Property manager lost our check in sheet, the company didn't seem to care and charged us $400 for pre-existing damage. People who did our check out also tried to pin another few hundred dollars of damage on us for things they weren't broken. Heat and AC broke 3-5 times but they always had it fixed within 36-48 hours.

It’s amazing what you have to put up with in Fargo versus the other 8 cities I have lived in. Need parking? They don’t have it. Want natural light? Nope, the genius architect decided balconies were a good idea for a north-facing building... in North Dakota. Want to mount your TV? Sorry, you’re not getting part of your security deposit back now. Want to sleep early on a Saturday? Cool, just prepare to be woken up around 1am when the bars let out and the drunk 19-year-olds start screaming. ...
