Visiting the Lofts Community. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the apartments are modern and spacious. The gym and pool are so beautiful and clean. Thank you to the friendly management and maintenance TEAM. Highly recommend for anyone to come and visit this gorgeous community.

I'm impressed! Exceptional service!

I want to thank The Lofts' office staff and their maintenance for their exceptional service. My A/C suddenly stopped working in the middle of one of the hottest days. I called the office and they sent the maintenance so quickly to fix my A/C. I was beyond grateful and they proved it again that they do care about us, residents. Also, I'm about to renew my 3rd year lease. Thank you for making me feel like home!

Used to be Great, Avoid at all Costs Now

Living here used to be fantastic, but the new management has completely killed it. Parking is a complete nightmare. The garbage situation is absolutely disgusting, with management forcing people to pay $40-a-month to leave their garbage outside their front door, making the landings smell horrific. Additionally, it has become common for tenants to bring speakers into the pool area and blast their music, forcing the entire community to listen to whatever they decide. Noise between units is also far ...
worse than in any other apartment I've lived in. You *will* be able to hear the people above and below you just so much as talking. If you're looking for an apartment to move to, look elsewhere.

Do not rent here. You will regret it. Nice apartment on the surface , but horrible management. Its all about the money here. Constant cash grabs. New fees popping up on my rent statement. Sick of it here. Can rent a house for the rent here and wont have to deal with this terrible management. My rent amount keeps changing. My tired apartment is considered to be worth the amount they charge and I haven't received one upgrade of anything in all my years living here. Apartment gets more worn out and ...
they keep raising the rent. Look elsewhere and dont get sucked in like myself and my wife did. Oh yeah....parking sucks. 125 extra for a garage. Oh yeah. My car has been broken into 5 time. Towed once by the toe company management has a deal with. Thought it was another car. Nothing was done about this. Wife has had same car stolen 3 times here. So my point here is security sucks here as well. They dont care...just want your $$$$$. The worthless security is always putting stickers on my car to tow it. Did I mention just rent a house. Sorry if this comes off like a rant. Just payed rent so it is and Im mad at myself for still being here.

Living at the lofts

Moving here was a big decision for me and my family because I want the best for them. I came in the lofts and to be honest the prices almost steered me away but one of the people who gave me the tour won me over. The tranquility, safety, and the look of the apartment is worth the price. I work in Downtown so the location is perfect. There is also a very nice park around there where I take my kids.

The Worst Experience I've ever had with a Property Management

This place is so desperate for reviews that the employees and the owner are posting false reviews on Google maps. Please do not be fooled by them. I'm a veteran(Army) and they treated me very badly. They are overpriced and management(Reliant property), terrible customer service. Homeless people go through the trash and I've witnessed at least two robberies happen at the apartments across from my old place. People are posted outside the buildings at night drinking and doing drugs. The community is ...
not gated so anyone can come in. Parking is scarce. The violate CA civil laws and they are very dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor. There are plenty of other good properties in Sacramento, that are in expensive and will work with you.

The Lofts

The apartments at The Lofts are very nice but the management is terrible. If you have a maintenance issue and tell the front office about it, it takes a very long time for that message to get to the maintenance crew. Also parking is a huge problem here.
