Service and Maintenance
August 30, 2021The leasing office and property manager unreasonable and rude. On the day of move in I reported several things that were broken/ not functioning. Being that it was Saturday no one was in and the report did not get processed until Monday. To my surprise I was charged in full for all repairs and a "service call fee." Do not trust the property managers and leasing office. Other than that the pictures on this website are very misleading.Review from Apartments.com
Be Careful, $75 service charge for maintenance
January 27, 2021Brand new, gorgeous apartments. The staff and facilities were not prepared for tenants but things have improved. I can hear my neighbor across the hallway playing music from inside of my bathroom. When on the phone the person I am talking to can hear road noise from Washington Blvd, which is mostly kids cruising the drag on weekends. I paid a $500 pet fee, $500 pet deposit and pet rent but had to put my kitty down within two weeks of living here and was told I MIGHT get the $500 deposit back ...upon vacating. However, I stopped paying pet rent. The ice maker was not working and was replaced but only made a few cubes in ten days, so I submit another ticket. Nothing was resolved but during replacement the bin was cracked. The reason I am writing this review; I requested dishwasher maintenance, it smells awful. I was texted they would look at it. Then, on a work call when they called so I texted that the door was open. I was texted that if it (the smell) was caused by food buildup then I would be charged a $75 service fee. I asked why and apparently, if the tenant is considered responsible for maintenance issues, they will be charged a $75 service fee. I am not sure this is legal, it is not in the lease I signed but I will be just fine.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
