Amenities include on-site-coin-operated laundry. Rent includes: electricity, water, sewer and refuse. Parking may be available for extra fee. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Preference is given to applicants experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness prior to residency at the property. 2. Preference will be given to families with at least one member under the age of 18. 3. Must be able to pay rent, deposit and other required fees.
