Fairly frustrating move-in experience. Properties were being shown to me that weren’t ready at the move-in date so I settled on an apartment outside of my budget because it was the only one ready and I did not have the flexibility to move in later. Apartment has good amenities and ample parking space but it is street-facing so there’s a lot of noise and also thin walls and can hear a talkative neighbor on the phone all day. Likely not renewing the lease and gonna look to buy a house but it’s not ...

this place is absolutely horrible. they don’t do maintenance but say they will never come. there is so many infestations and it is all over the complex and they up the prices all the time and do not upgrade your apartment but want you to pay all these horrible prices

I am very satisfied with Longview! I worked with Regina (leasing agent) to tour Longview/move in. I toured many properties in Wilmington, and she is by far the best leasing agent. Her responsiveness and communication regarding the move-in process was outstanding compared to other apartment companies. I had a tight turnaround to move into my apartment, and Regina went above and beyond to ensure my apartment was ready for move-in. She is transparent, organized, and ready to assist as soon as ...
possible. It's clear that Regina is very busy, but whenever I have a question, she ensures it's addressed within hours/same day. I noted that my kitchen sink was leaking, and Regina contacted maintenance to take care of it immediately (fixed on the same day). I haven't had any major issues so far. My apartment is spacious, and my kitchen with the upgraded cabinets/backsplash is beautiful. The cost of rent is reasonable for the space/amenities. The property is quiet and in a very convenient location.

Maintenance sucks! Had bed bugs from the renters upstairs which was never told to me. I complained and I was told that pest control only came out once a month!! I spent $690 just to get rid of the bed bugs!! Laundry facilities dirty and unkept!!!

I live on the top floor and can hear my neighbor blaring music while my floor vibrates. I’ve had numerous issues, my ceiling had to be replaced ( took them 5 months to address the issue), my heater broke during the winter and they”fixed it 4 times) in which they had to call a contractor out to actually fix it. I had a gas leak which maintance “fixed” and it happened again and they had to call the contractor once again. I have a child and you would think they would send the contractor out in the ...
