Very nice, well kept grounds. Plenty of parking spaces with the option of reserved tandem spaces. Some upgrades to apartment before move-in but kitchen could use some extra updating

Our apartment is our home. Located in a great neighborhood, close to the town center, and has most of the amenities that we need. This has been our home for the past (almost) 6 years! We love it, however it just expensive and rising every year. Other than that, this is where we want to be!
