It’s ok for the price
June 26, 2024Lived here for 5 years and they always turn off the water at least 2 or 3 times a month to “fix” the water problem that never get fixed. They did a year inspection and notice my balcony rail was loose and dangerous. They told me just to watch out for it and not lean on it. It’s been months and they still haven’t fixed it. One of the pool isn’t working either I doubt they gunna fix that any time soon so all the apartments only have one pool to share and it get crowded.Property Manager Responded

No parking
September 2, 2020I have lived here 5 months, for the most part I havent had any issues Inside the apartment. But parking sucks there are never spaces, and limited spaces to park besides your assigned carport. But if you arrive home after 8 pm you wont find any spots. I've had to drive around all night because there was no where for me to park when I got home from work. I shouldnt have to sleep in my car in a parking lot because the place I am paying for doesnt have enough parking spots for their tenants. I ...wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to live.Property Manager Responded
