Club membership, depending on your condo owner or rental company that you go through; which includes pool access, gym access and all the classes they have available (but sorry, Tennis court access is separate). The 2 bedroom condos are great for singles and/or small young families. They can be quite cramped with older kids, I can imagine. I have a 2 year old and the space is sufficient for now, but can see having to move to a larger unit in the coming years. - I like that the area is safe to walk, even at night. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. - Aesthetically: I give the building 3 stars, it could use a little more grooming and outdoor decor. Safety: I give it 5 stars Noise levels: I give it 4 stars, can occasionally get noisy neighbors with young kids, but to be expected. Convenience: 5 stars, located near everything you can possibly need or want in everyday living. Local Spots: near some great local bars and restaurants.
