Improper ineffective management

Cannon management company are not interested in resident satisfaction. Multiple experiences of delayed management response to urgent requests. Inexperienced managers who can’t address issues in a timely fashion. High manager and maintenance staff turnover indicative of poor leadership.

Shoutout to Danielle, who was such a breath of fresh air! She was friendly, communicative, and very informative throughout the apartment touring process. I loved meeting her and I really appreciated her take on all the places she showed me. She is great at what she does and was sure to get a good grasp on what I was looking for before we even jumped into looking around. The apartments were clean, felt well kept/newly renovated, spacious, and had great natural light.
