Fast and efficient I submitted a request to get 2 appliances fixed after they stopped working when I returned from vacation. Francisco came on a Monday, and assessed that they would both need to be replaced. He let me know it would take a few days since he would have to order a new Microwave. The next day he found me before I left to work to inform me that the work was going to be done one day later due to the delivery date. I’m big on communication, so this was very much appreciated. This is an absolutely wonderful place to live. The apartments are completely updated. The management and maintenance personnel are exceptional. They are always there to help you with any request. LGC is dog and cat friendly but strive to keep the premises clean. They have several places to walk your animals with free poop bags. I rarely ever had to turn my AC on in this hot summer because of the double pane , windows and sliding glass door. Oh did i mention giant private patio!!. Water is super ...
hot and is endless, helps when doing laundry(in the apartment) and taking a shower. Highly recommend this place. Its even walking distance to Willow Glen. Only con to here that i can think of is there is no guest parking but I find that is pretty common in San Jose.

I lived in apartment #39 back in the early 80's when my rent was $300 for a one bedroom. Nice to see that the grounds look great and updated. The inside is not showing on this website. I loved living there and especially in that community (now grown). Living in the Willow Glen area is a plus if you're looking for cute downtown shopping and restaurants. Willow Glen was considered upscale back in the day.

This place is good for young couples, professionals, and it is driving distance to great restaurants in Campbell and Willow Glen. The location is near the 280 freeway, where you can access several key freeways in the area. Even with the open format, all of the units are alarmed and the residents are friendly as well as respect each other's privacy. The new solid fence adds to the privacy. There are some seldom nights that one of more of the residents will be loud, but it usually gets quiet ...
between 9 and 10 pm. You can hear people walking through the walls, but this can be easily drowned out. You can and will hear dogs barking once a day, not typically at night. Most of the units are refurbished, the kitchen allows enough space to cook large meals. There is a washer and dryer in every unit. The walls and windows are not well insulated, so it can get really hot and cold - I recommend space heaters and a portable air conditioner for those who live in a two story unit. This is a pet friendly community, and the owners do a good job of making sure to clean up after their pets. I used to see Direct TV dishes around, but it looks like most people are using Comcast. Also, most units come with one parking space. So if you are looking for a place that has two spots, you can find a tandem parking unit, or one person may need to find parking on the street. There is a bus stop within walking distance. Be careful entering and exiting from the street, traffic can be fast. There is seldom someone in the office, but if you call or email them, they usually get back to you same day. There was a line for emergencies and the previous manager was extremely responsive, not sure about the current manager. The maintenance has been going downhill for a while. The last person I spoke with said someone changed her sink facet, then flushed all the waste materials including plumber's puddy down the drain - thoroughly clogging it up. I have had a similar experiance of not-so-thorough maintenance work done. My advice, if you get work done - find out exactly who and when they will be working on your repair and thoroughly check after they are done. Also consider doing some of the minor things yourself, if you can and management won't ding you. It is a lot better that having to clean up the aftermath. This is a safe place with a low amount of noise. If you are looking for more space for your money, the consider staying in one of the two bedroom units. Good luck!

I currently live in a one bedroom apartment at Los Gatos Creek apartments and really enjoy it. The location is fantastic because were right between Willow Glen and Campbell and only a couple minutes from downtown.
