Worst Leasing Manager
September 2, 2017This place used be a nice place but since the ownership changed it's been a mess. Jenifer, the manager runs this place as a private business. Comes anytime she likes, never picks up phone calls, to make it worse the residents here has become very unruly, dirty and disgusting. I wish the owners take note of this and do something asap because it might get worse. Also maintenance is very poor. I am patiently waiting for my lease to be over. October 3, 2015" This place is like nothing i have never seen before, it's well managed and maintained, great staff that are awesomely helpful and greets you at all time, great outdoor space. good floor plans and spacious rooms,Very nice and quiet neigbourhood, Pet friendly, good car garage size and great amenities! its so comfortable, clean and very safe and secure It has been great for me and I love the well planned community activities and events for the residents and quests from time to time with specific ...events timed to holidays and days off. I like the olive garden dinners and the friday popcorn and pizza, and, sometimes outdoor barbecue dinner which is sponsored by the management. that is a plus especially living in an apartment!! it has a good size pool, lounge chairs and dining tables and barbeque griller.Lost Creek is a great place to live. This is a small complex, it's a safe place to live, the people are friendly and it's very close to a Major Hwy that could lead you to several Hwy's.....there's Kroger, Walmart stores about 1-2 miles away, so you are not drving far to get some grocery. There's Dollar general, Gas stations, Salons, discount tires, Grand Prairie Mall and Parks Mall in Arlington a little distance away.
