they never fix the apartments plus the gates are always broken and now we’re getting our cars broken into and the manager does not seem to care because we’ve told her about it and she just says she can’t do anything about it plus too expensive when she can’t even fix up the apartments just so dumb she won’t even allow you to put up your own camera for security

The new gates that require keys to open has become the greatest inconvenience this earth has seen, since the creation of mosquitoes. A gate with a number keypad would make so much more sense and eons easier for guests and delivery workers to enter the complex. But heaven forbid this management does anything for the convenience of the residents. The lighting around the apartment grounds is incredibly poor, and stair lights are usually OFF. Parking is essentially impossible to find nearby after 5.

This beautiful property came under new management on April 1, 2017. The managers strive to keep the property clean and are responsive to work order requests. They strive to make the property a nice place to live. They care about the property and residents. They show this by enforcing rules and regulations which help maintain peace and harmony. Every unit that becomes available is painted and some units get new plumbing fixtures and shower enclosures. Others get new wood-like flooring or ...

If you have more then one car, finding a parking spot in the street is horrible. The manager believes she is the Queen of Sheba. She parks right on the property, like if she owns the whole place. They take eternity to fix the gate closing off the parking lot, allowing random people to come in and snoop around and allows vandalism (which has happened). They will take forever to fix any problem your apartment may have. They keep pulling things to charge you for. If management was better and on top ...
