Great location!
August 22, 2020We enjoy living here for several reasons, the top reason being location. The expressway is just a few minutes up the road and there are several restaurants and great places to shop nearby. Renter's Regret
June 10, 2020Ugh, I really wanted to like this place. Moving here from West Palm Beach, we did not have much experience which areas or apartments would be of our standards here in Brandon. A little smaller than the previous apartments I resided in when it comes to cabinet and pantry space and the early 2000's entertainment hole in the wall unit is not my thing, but overall the updates on the apartments are nice and everything else we overcame/overlooked. One thing for sure that cannot be ignored is the poor ...craftsmanship they took with constructing the building. The NOISE and disturbance from neighbors is unprecedented....I am next to a family that has a terrorizing, screaming child who throws tantrums several times per day and sounds like she is in my living room. Now underneath a new couple who moved in recently and sounds like they have elephants for pets. I understand that they are moving in but to slam things and drag things all through the day and up to 2AM in the morning is not just dreadful, but inconsiderate as well. The only good thing that came out of moving here is that My previous neighbors above me that recently moved (They found a rat in their bathroom cabinet that burrowed from another apartment!), are now life-long friends... How did this happen? We bonded over the noise LOL. I can literally hear when above stairs goes to the restroom, opens the closet or sweeps the floor. The maintenance is quick and courteous, the office staff is meh. Typically nice and helpful.... Except when you have a noise complaint. They seem to brush it off or appear annoyed that you have the audacity to complain, then place letters in every door reminding residents about noise. Not much is ever done. I recently sent an email to them regarding the preparation of the new move in above me asking for them to possibly complete an inspection, because the floor boards are so thin above me, when neighbors walk around above me, my dining room chandelier trembles, but it was ignored....The property is kept pretty clean. I am thankful we only signed an 11 month lease. I just wished I saw the signs before moving in. I work from home and it becomes difficult to talk with my customers or conduct a conference call with the constant interruptions around me. Your home is supposed to be peaceful, this is by far the opposite. I know what to look for the next time around and sad to say it will not be here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 2, 2017My wife and I are very happy living here. Everyone is very friendly, it's quiet here, and very well maintained. There were always noise issues in other apartments I have lived in. April 5, 2017My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it. The staff is always very helpful, and they are always on top of any maintenance issues we have. Unprofessional
October 3, 2016I knew family who lived there before so went with other roommates they very rude and nasty if your looking for a place where they want you there don't go there staff are so rude and unfriendly im a disabled combat vet and they wouldn't even let me in with great income sad people are this way profiling people diffently seemed to be the case here and gave me issues about my beautiful dog that fought in Iraq that wasn't even going to be livng there wow well that's the input I can give yall out there ...looking for a apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 12, 2016Run! Don't rent from LUCERNE ! You will never see your deposit back and they will then make up every single thing in the book to then take your deposit and up charge everything possible! Take plenty of photos moving in and moving out thank goodness we did to prove the condition of the apt. Corporate will be getting my letter to prove all they do is scam scam scam you! Debbie the manager and her leasing agents only want your money !
