    This building is on 7th and Broadway which allows for amazing opportunities to walk everywhere. It's across the street from the grocery store, a 10 minute walk to the ocean and is surrounded by restaurants. This is a walkers paradise, but in case you want to drive somewhere, it only takes 2 minutes to hop on the I-10 freeway. Beware though...there is a fire station a block away, so you can hear firetrucks drive by with sirens blaring a few times a day. The building itself is well kept and has ...
    subterranean parking. Apartments will include upgrades such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer inside.
