July 8, 2025The community is respectful of noise and maintenance seems to be good at maintaining clean public spaces. However small details seem to be missed like how only one grill works, drop boxes are broken, some lights are either missing or need to be replaced. Although it is expected as there has been a workers strike and only one maintenance person left. Access to other community spaces is convenient and maintained well. May 5, 2025Haven't fully moved in yet, but so far so good. The staff were super friendly during the process of signing my lease as they were having tech issues that prevented them from digitally generating the document. So, I had to go in to physically sign. They were great with answering questions and scheduling my movers for later this month. Once I am fully moved in - I will update this review.Property Manager Responded

So glad to have the garage, no more snow shoveling and sun burning :) lived here for about a month and it is a very smooth adaptation because of this wonderful environment and friendly Neiborhood!
