Not worth it.
December 4, 2020The new property manager makes living here a nightmare! They don’t fix anything, the place is infested with rats, roaches, gnats, etc. The apartments are overpriced and falling apart, even the “renovated” ones. The ladies in the office don’t keep up with your paper work. They’ll call you every day asking for things you’ve given them months ago. There aren’t enough parking spaces so you are liable to get your car towed every week. The property manager acts like she doesn’t know anything & on top ...of that, she likes to lie. Don't make this mistake
March 28, 2017Most everything they promise on the website and the lease is a fake. Trash everywhere all the time. "Armed security" except they are hardly ever there and when they are they are on cellphones or talking. "Gated community" gate rarely works. "Intrusion alarms" no one in my building has one that works, yeah, there's a key pad but no intrusion alarm. Call, email, go to the office but they still don't fix things. People hang out in the parking lots drinking and doing drugs with their car stereos ...blaring at all hours. Police and fire here every week. Uncontrollabe Circumstances
September 29, 2015Brandon Mills have been in the neighborhood for awhile. After deciding to stay in the parameter between Dallas and Duncanville, Texas, I choose to live here. The experience have been amazing! I moved in on 9/19/15 and the staff were in the process of hiring a whole new maintenance crew. There's a couple of ways for us as renters to look at the situation but the best way is how one individual in management, literally came from behind the desk where it was cool to make ready apartments for the ...homeless! Now that's showing passion for others by going the extra mile! In six months my lease will expire. Restored Faith in a Homeless Disabled Veteran
September 28, 2015When everyone else said no to someone who has fought for this country, got hurt, and struggled to get back on their feet since returning home, Brandon Mills said Yes! They willing accepted one of the many programs that are offered to help veterans who need help in renting. Most apartment complexes turned the government funded program with out even verifying the information. They have not only lifted the stress of trying to find a safe place to stay for me, but also for my family in such a short ...time frame. The staff was very courteous, more then willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my disabilities, and ever so helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. Knowing what I have sacrificed for this country and others, Brandon Mills has returned the favor. I am humbled and grateful. Meet the worst
