There's no place like this place like home I've been here for 3 years now and I can say ive never felt so secure and comfortable I've ever felt in apartment complex and within staff they care about their teants needs and makes everybody needs of priority Karina is one of the most considerate patient understanding leaseing manager I ever lived under I can't thank you guys for everything that you guys do

Office loses payments then gives you a run around on getting the problem resolved refuses to give you General Managers information because they know they are doing shady things if you don’t want to have to chase your money down save yourself the stress

The new property manager makes living here a nightmare! They don’t fix anything, the place is infested with rats, roaches, gnats, etc. The apartments are overpriced and falling apart, even the “renovated” ones. The ladies in the office don’t keep up with your paper work. They’ll call you every day asking for things you’ve given them months ago. There aren’t enough parking spaces so you are liable to get your car towed every week. The property manager acts like she doesn’t know anything & on top ...

of that, she likes to lie. I wouldn’t dare refer anyone here, not even my worst enemy. I’d recommend you live in a box before moving here. I said what I said.

Don't make this mistake

Most everything they promise on the website and the lease is a fake. Trash everywhere all the time. "Armed security" except they are hardly ever there and when they are they are on cellphones or talking. "Gated community" gate rarely works. "Intrusion alarms" no one in my building has one that works, yeah, there's a key pad but no intrusion alarm. Call, email, go to the office but they still don't fix things. People hang out in the parking lots drinking and doing drugs with their car stereos ...

blaring at all hours. Police and fire here every week. The rent prices listed on the resident webpage are lower than what they really charge. Not a good or safe environment.

Brandon Mills have been in the neighborhood for awhile. After deciding to stay in the parameter between Dallas and Duncanville, Texas, I choose to live here. The experience have been amazing! I moved in on 9/19/15 and the staff were in the process of hiring a whole new maintenance crew. When everyone else said no to someone who has fought for this country, got hurt, and struggled to get back on their feet since returning home, Brandon Mills said Yes! They willing accepted one of the many programs that are offered to help veterans who need help in renting. Most apartment complexes turned the government funded program with out even verifying the information. They have not only lifted the stress of trying to find a safe place to stay for me, but also for my family in such a short ...
