Great place to live!
August 24, 2024Great property with even a better staff of professionals. I recently moved in from out of state and had the pleasure of working with Olivia. She was very pleasant and helpful with answering my questions! She made a comment about how great the maintenance team was, and at first I thought it was funny, until I found a couple of items that needed attention during my move-in walk through. I turned in a maintenance request and within a few hours they were handling the issues which impressed me highly. ...The items were fixed quickly and easily! Wonderful maintenance crew
February 20, 2024I highly recommend Luxe at 1820. The office staff is terrific, and the maintenance crew is absolutely stellar. The maintenance team always answers each service request promptly and resolves any issue. For example, just today, Jason helped to install a new ceiling fan in our living room and light kits in the ceiling fan in each of our two bedrooms. February 12, 2024This is easily one of the best apartments I’ve lived at. Property managers have been helpful. More importantly in my opinion, maintenance has been GREAT. It’s unrealistic to expect to never need maintenance in an apartment, so knowing that the staff is friendly, quick, efficient, and accurate is such a blessing. Great location, friendly staff, helpful maintenance
November 3, 2022I love living here! The apartments are spacious with a beautiful kitchen, garden tub, screened-in balcony, and amazing walk-in closets. Pamela was amazing through the whole moving process, and Lee & Tristan are so friendly and happy to help with any issues. The maintenance staff are all incredible and finish the requests within a day. Jason is especially great, and even helped build our couch when we moved in! I also love the amenities here including the gorgeous pool, gym, and package locker. ...The area is near everything you need and I feel really safe. Roaches everywhere. Have had them for months.
May 19, 2021Roaches everywhere. Had them in my last apartment. Have them in the other one that I moved to (because of roaches in the first one) Horrible new management. Pool wifi is unstable, new managers response was thats OK because Wifi is in the home. People are working from home all day and would love to use the lounge but you literally can not maintain a call and have to be careful of how far to the left or right you step. It's a joke. Poor definition of Luxury. If you're looking for Luxury and ...are excited because of their professional pool photos you have been deceived my friend. Do NOT move here
March 3, 2021TL;DR, don't move here. I'm not sure where to begin. The walls and windows are painfully thin. I can hear a child crying from a floor below me, and cars all the way from S Falkenburg. Unreal. The amount of people here who walk around at 2am blaring music and acting like clowns is ridiculous. Happens almost every weekend from the same hoodrats. Other people live here too. Pest control is virtually useless. Found a roach, called pest control, found another walking around the kitchen. Even found ...one in my garage! Great place to live if you don't mind living with a few roaches. Halls and stairs usually have some trash laying on the floor, because some of these residents were never taught to pick up after themselves. The valet trash don't bother picking it up either, so here I am picking up rubbish from grown adults. No one knows how to pick up after their dogs. I like to go on walks outside of the property on Delaney Lake Dr, and I can't tell you how many times I've seen dog waste littered around the pond in the back of the property. This goes back to my previous statement where these residents have no idea how to pick up after themselves or their animal. I can't even imagine what their apartments look like. I'm still living here and will update this review in full before I move out, and that couldn't come soon enough.Property Manager Responded
