The building is within a comfortable walking distance from downtown Fargo. There are a grocery store, a gas station/convenience store, 2 restaurants, a city bus stop and a laundromat all just across the street. Maintenance at this 3-story apartment building is excellent. Cleaning of common areas is good. Two bedroom and 1-bedroom apartments are available. I believe garages are available ...with each apartment. Card-operated washer and dryer laundries are located on all three floors. Sewer and water are included in the rent, but electricity (including heat) is paid by the tenant.Read More
