Extremely poor management, nice apartment
May 1, 2023While I liked the actual apartment, Luxury Spaces is managed by Vertus properties, who have been nothing but problematic since I moved in. For how expensive these apartments are, the management is laughable. They didn’t replace basic things in the apartment, don’t follow through on security issues, and did not disclose move-out fees, just took them from the security deposit without notice. Being in midtown Sacramento, we had a major incident in the house next door to the building (think yellow ...police tape, lots of reporters, and a big investigation) and were told a security patrol would be coming through the complex at regular intervals for the foreseeable future. This never actualized! If the property management changes, I would recommend this apartment but until then STAY AWAY!
