I'm updating my review. I lived here for 4 years and watched this place deteriorate year after year. Common area tables and chairs are covered in oil and grease. No one cleans it. It is disgusting to sit there. Grill grates are rusted and haven't been replaced in 4 years. Access to a common area is a roll of the dice. Never know when it's off limits. They just lock out your key card. The treadmill in the gym hasn't been fixed for months. I'm just waiting for it to fall apart one day and hurt ...
someone. The most frustrating thing is parking still. If you come home late, you may have to park 3-4 buildings down and walk. They had it under control for a bit, but it's getting worse again. They just can't control it and refuse to assign parking for some reason. Complaints to the management fall on deaf ears. They are rude and don't want to hear you out. Last review said how they gouge the security deposit. Absolutely 100% true. They gave me a discount when I signed on, and now that I'm leaving, they said they are collecting on it. They are so blatant with it, too, and have no problem taking half of the deposit even after I left the apartment in spotless condition. With the casino going up across the street, traffic is getting bad also. Not to mention, people love to go ripping down this street with exhausts in the middle of the night. Get an apartment facing the parking lot if you do decide to go for it. Avoid the place if you can, and good luck!
