Fantastic New Management
July 2, 2020We have been here one year and they have been actively trying to secure the right fit for their property management. The new management, Carla, has been going above and beyond to work out all of the kinks and make the community better--including completely fixing the parking situation and ensuring units are maintained. Communication is fast and easy and we even receive community updates and support. It is also very easy to pay the rent on their app & request maintenance.Review from Apartments.com
Great complex
October 22, 2019I’ve lived here for 3.5 years now, love all of the renovations and improvements that have recently been done, the manager Priscilla is more than helpful and accommodating for anything you may need and the location is ideal with lots of tree cover and a nice park at the bottom or the hill not to mention a pool, on site gym and laundry room. Location & Staff - Excellent!
November 1, 2018This is indeed a place to call home! The neighborhood is just beautiful.The kids are close to school and the park next door is very convenient for everybody. They have a small gym room but they have exactly the equipment we need. Our apartment has 2 big balconies, granite counter tops and new hardwood floor (looks like). Bad Supervision and Company Care
November 1, 2018Terrible Supervision, We are tenants who were promised a reduction of price because the A/C system was outdated our house reached 101 degrees we had to stay in Hotels or another families house to during this which costed alot of money. We were told by the Supervisor that $400 would be reduced from our rent. Then the Supervisor Carmen tried to take back the offer and say we there was a miscommunication between her property Manager and her. That's not the tenants fault. When contacted to talk she ...threatened us with eviction and hung up the phone. Not a place people want to live that's why they leave after their year is up. Management failing...
January 30, 2018This apartment complex is overpriced and mangement is the worst experience I ever had. I was so thankful my lease was month to month... The units do not have hot water heaters and you will have to take cold showers. There are many other complexes in the area that offer so much more and don’t take advantage of military veterans and renters.... The on-site Manager and the management company refused to give back my security deposit... I made 37 calls and stop by the office 12 times over 31 days ...and only after threatening a lawsuit was my deposit returned to me but I had to drive to Sacramento to pick it up....Property Manager Responded
