  • Run, Don't Walk to any other Apartment than this one!

    Not sure how anyone loves living here and how they have more than one star that's a given. If you are looking to rent an apartment here please for your sake keep looking!!! My son rented a what you call a studio apartment. It's a little over 400 sq ft, extremely tiny, and extremely untidy! Black mold growing everywhere, hidden fees in the rent. He paid more for his tiny apartment than I do for my home! Plus, there's the fact he has been very sick since he moved in there and has had to miss work ...
    bc of it and we know it's bc of breathing in all the mold spores in this place. The hvac unit is also VERY moldy. When it rained so much a few weeks back, you would almost throw up from the smell of his apartment bc of what I assume is sewage back up. Then, the nonexistent pest control they charge you monthly for and he has seen once only works to feed the roaches, not kill them. There's a place where people take their pets to potty, it's disgusting!!!! No one picks up after their pets and since they have lawn maintenance this area is barely touched. You're even charged to dump your garbage in a community dumpster, and some fee called mma connect that's almost $50!!!! If you are interested in the location, it's always congested and about as quiet as a train station. I just touched on the tip of the iceberg but just wanted to issue a warning about this place!

  • Bug Infested

    March 15, 2018
    I was scheduled to move in on the 13th, therefore, I made all of the arrangements to do so. The leasing office calls me 3 days before my move in date & asks me to change it, because the previous tenant didn’t turn in their keys on time. On my move in date, the leasing agents were in my apartment cleaning last minute (bc it hadn’t been done). The entire apt is infested with roaches, and I am beyond disapointed.

    I lived here from December 2015 until February 2017. I loved it! I lived in the largest one bedroom. Office staff is nice, maintenance is on time, everything was great. The only thing that bothered me was the train, but they can't control that.

    I have been in this apartment since the 31'st of August. And I must say that the management, the amenities and the grounds keeping here are absolutely breathtaking. I love my apartment so much, I do believe I may have to upgrade to a larger apartment in the next year, from already seeing signs of outgrowth.

    Hamilton Pointe Luxury Apartments has been a great place to live. Moving in the middle of July made the three pools irresistible.     As I would like this to be a positive review, let's get the one negative comment out of the way. One inconvenience is how you pay at the on site laundry mats. You have to go to the office and have them load your card using either money order or check. An improvement to this,would be to get the machine you can automatically load your card by paying with cash or credit. Now, for the positive! Everyone is very nice and helpful. There are 3 pools, 2 laundry mats, car wash, tennis court and gym. ...
    It's also a very pet friendly environment. I love my apartment. I never hear my neighbors, like other apartments I have lived in. If something needs to be fixed, maintenance is right on top of it. The grounds keeper, keeps the outside looking fantastic. It is also in a great location, convenient to everything. Another bonus is cable is included in your rent. It's quite a discount. I love living here and the people I live around!

    I recently moved here. I can say everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. Its only a few things I dont like. Have to pay .95 cent to see your balance electronic copy or $5 for a paper copy. Overall its a great quite place to stay.

    I just moved to Hamilton Pointe apartments near the end of May. The place is well taken care of and the office people are friendly and helpful. I have only a couple of minor issues: Not much storage space (you have to pay extra for a storage unit) it's about 300 ft from the train tracks which doesn't bother me, but it would have been nice if they'd told me. Also the balconies are really really small. Another issue I'm having currently is that cable is mandatory (which is fine) but somehow I'm ...
    being charged from my apartment AND the cable company. Hoping to have this issue resolved quickly. I do however like how open my kitchen/living room are and the large closet in the bedroom is a huge plus. And the fact that they are pet friendly is very helpful since I have two cats.

    It's a great place to live updated apartments. Nice neighborhood, 3 pools, a hot tube and a fitness center! No trouble around here. Everything is included except for Electricity. It's a great place to live, near the mall and all the stores and job locations. I have enjoyed living here. And plan to stay for a good while. I would suggest this place to my friends and family.
