not the best experience
July 26, 2025Very thin walls in certain rooms very noisy neighbors, first moving into the place had many flaws like splatter paint on the floor Maintenance does act fast but my AC was not working all the time Been living here for two years and as my first apartment I'm not impressedProperty Manager Responded

Not a great experience
November 26, 2024Terrible, do not move here. Toilet has been leaking for almost two weeks and it still hasn’t been fixed. Maintenance has came to “fix it” but the toilet is still leaking. I guess they are too cheap to replace the toilet.Do not move here if you have allergies some buildings have a mold problemProperty Manager Responded

it’s not the best

Looks nice, but absolutely not!
June 8, 2022This place is awful! Our cars were broken in to. The walls are super thin, especially in the bathrooms, so you can hear absolutely everything. Pretty much everyone there smokes weed and that and cigarette smoke seeps through the walls, so your apartment smells like that all of the time even if you don’t smoke. We were told when we moved in (June 2021) that they were getting a dog park in the next week. We moved out a year later and there is still no dog park. As soon as we moved in, we ...immediately had to put in multiple calls to maintenance. Our a/c unit messed up twice in the middle of the summer and finally broke in August. It got up to 77 in our apartment and we had to go a full day without a/c. Numerous leaks throughout the apartment. People fight a lot in the parking lots. People don’t pick up after their dogs like they are supposed to, so watch where you step. People are constantly throwing trash throughout the complex. They force you to pay for crap cable and internet and only have one provider. So many other issues… Avoid this place! They charge too much to be so crappy!Property Manager Responded

Hidden Creek
August 11, 2015This apartment complex has been great to us overall. It was a downside that there is no option as to whether you pay for comcast or not, it is apart of the rent each month. However, we are able to have any size and breed of dog we wanted, which was important to us. As far as the response time of maintenance, they come within 24 hours of placing a request unless it is over the weekend. When we moved into the apartment, maintenance was just finishing the touches on out apartment but I still ...felt more should have been done. The patchwork was not done that well and some of the work seems rushed and unfinished.
