Amazing property and Convenient location
April 1, 2026Ive been living here the last few years and I absolutely love it here. It’s so close to Katy Trail and West Village so the location is really convenient. We have switched units over the last few years so thank you office staff for always working with us. Also maintenance is real quick! We’ve had AC problems and other things in our unit to be fixed but they are always on top of it and always in communication with us. I can’t say enough about this property. Good Option Overall
August 9, 2023I've had basically none of the issues listed in the previous reviews, so this place deserves some credit. Overall this is a solid option, worth staying. Maintenance is very responsive, not too intrusive, and good overall. They fix things right and with no hassle. Amicable front office. It's safe, with gated entry points and attached parking garage in my building. I've never had bugs, and have no issues with neighbors. Nice, walkable neighborhood. Only major issue for me is the ...non-negotiable rent increase. The rent increase after 12 months was a little on the steep side, but other than that the place is solid especially if you're trying to get familiar with the area.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management Company
May 7, 2020I wouldn't recommend anyone living here. They have raised the rent every by ridiculous amounts, if you live anywhere near the bar/restaurant space then good luck because it's loud and nothing is done about it, the ceilings and floors are thin so you can hear everything, towing companies tow our visitor's cars, the amenities are lackluster, the pool is tiny, the elevators are constantly broken, I could go on. It's not worth the price don't live here. The staff are nice, but they don't have any ...power because of MAA. Don't live anywhere they own.Property Manager Responded

Not Safe and Cheap..Bad Management
November 2, 2017Horrible Management and Very Cheap. If you choose to live here get ready for your car to be broken into in there "secure garage"... Even after several incidents they wont put up a camera as a deterrent to criminals. Not SafeProperty Manager Responded

Best Value Apartment in the Area
July 24, 2015Lots of expensive upgraded options in Uptown Dallas, but if you don't mind carpet, mid-grade appliances, and vinyl countertops you can get a nice apartment for a great price. The complex is maintained very well, though you get a bit of the college crowd at the pool on the weekends. Regardless, I think this is the best overall complex in the area for value.Review from Apartments.com
