He complains about noise from my kids in the middle of the weekend days and calls the police. I am a single mom of a 4 and 5 year old who can be a bit rowdy but we get out of the house a lot and they are NEVER awake past 8:30. My neighbor has been aggressive and threatening even though I was completely apologetic at first. Now he stares at me and my kids mean ...when we are in the parking lot. I honestly feel very threatened. I've also heard him banging on his door aggressively and loud several times and yelling and cussing at his wife after she opens it for having it locked. I've reported my concerns to the office but there was no follow up. They advised me there's nothing he can do since I'm within city noise ordinance rules but I've told several close friends and family members that if anything ever happens to me to check my neighbor.Read More

My previous living arrangement had gone south and I needed to move immediately. I walked into my new complex at roughly noon on September 8th, 2015 and by 2:00 p.m. I was a new tenant. I previously visited the complex about a week earlier and failed to lock in a lower rent by hesitating. That day(Sept. 8th) there was no hesitation.
