“ Colonia village at sierra vista “ The worst apartment complex ever do not waste your time or money to rent any of these apartments. They gave me the keys of a dirty apartment and needs a lot of fixing. Never was clean after the last people. The office/ manager trying to keep me quiet by fixing things that needs to be replaced. Old apartments DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

The apts are pretty nice and trees are beautiful all year long even in winter they give a nice amount of extra privacy and beauty however the Front desk area ppl could be a little more warm and homey and a little less cold and stuffy more welcoming and less what business do you have here maintenace people are really nice and try to be helpful as much as they can super awesome guys

Love the community, location, floor plan and amenities. Everything's perfect except I have a horrible neighbor who moved in downstairs. He complains about noise from my kids in the middle of the weekend days and calls the police. I am a single mom of a 4 and 5 year old who can be a bit rowdy but we get out of the house a lot and they are NEVER awake past 8:30. My neighbor has been aggressive and threatening even though I was completely apologetic at first. Now he stares at me and my kids mean ...
when we are in the parking lot. I honestly feel very threatened. I've also heard him banging on his door aggressively and loud several times and yelling and cussing at his wife after she opens it for having it locked. I've reported my concerns to the office but there was no follow up. They advised me there's nothing he can do since I'm within city noise ordinance rules but I've told several close friends and family members that if anything ever happens to me to check my neighbor.

My living experience on this property has had its ups and downs over the past 4 years. I?ve had issues with noisy and pot dealing/smoking neighbors that have been dealt with. I?m appreciative of the quick responses from the leasing office and maintenance when I have issues. Every property has there pros and cons. So you can?t please everyone, but it?s pleasing me for the moment.

I walked into my new complex at roughly noon on September 8th, 2015 and by 2:00 p.m. I was a new tenant. I previously visited the complex about a week earlier and failed to lock in a lower rent by hesitating. That day(Sept. 8th) there was no hesitation.
