beware!
September 25, 2020I moved in this month and found a rodent running around, neighbors complaining about mold all over their apartment and my dog who i have had for 7 years developed high grade infections in his feet. The staff are very nice until you sign then they don't care about you. The dog park is unsanitary and the apartments are very poorly maintained. My shower drips when the people above me use theirs and the pipes have issues in most apartments. Its sad such a new community has so many issues. Don't move ...in I am ready to move out today!Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartments
July 9, 2019I lived here for 3 years, after not living in an apartment for over 30 years. I had a great experience living here, especially enjoyed the “Salt” swimming pool and the fact the pool is open all year! Yes, not heated but there are many days in March/April & October that you can enjoy the pool area. Th grilles are a nice touch and a great “outdoor “ kitchen feel! The office staff are wonderful, the maintenance folks very responsive. My only issue is the noise from the apartment above , as you can ...hear every footstep and if there are children it can become very loud. I absolutely love living here.
