June 8, 2025Granite Peak management company is running the property into the ground. Trash in and around the buildings, potholes all over the parking lot, rent increases 50 percent in the last 4 years. No upgrades to the property or apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Overall I enjoy living here
July 28, 2015This apartment complex is in one of the best neighborhoods in Sioux Falls. It's quiet, the people are friendly, and it has curb appeal. I gave it 4 stars, because the rent is decent, even on top of paying pet rent and garage rent. My only problem is that the laundry machines always break, or stink, and I have problems with people messing with the machines when they're running. It's a great starter apartment!Review from Apartments.com
