Worst DC apartment I've had in 20 years
March 3, 2021Mice, bugs, cold showers, nosey neighbors snooping in your mail, washer smells like mold, overflowing dumpsters, trash in alley behind building. Doesn't belong in the Palisades. 4840 is an expensive dump
March 3, 2021Washer has mold, cold showers for 1/2 a year, toilet doesn’t flush, garbage disposal doesn’t work, mice, bugs, nosey neighbor snooping in your mail, overflowing dumpster with trash all over alley behind building. I have never only lived at a place for 1 year but am getting out as soon as my lease is up.Review from Apartments.com
