Rented here for 3.5 years moved out May 1st 2023 in February we gave them notice we were leaving got a pre move out inspection management told us where we had pictures hung up would need to be painted got the paint code and type of paint for her so we could fix up the walls. She also stated the carpets need to be steamed cleaned. We actually moved out 3 weeks before and paid for April went in and got the carpets cleaned by a company. And I went in patched all the little nail holes and painted all
...the rooms. 3 days before our inspection manager text us do not patch or paint your apartment our painters are gonna do it but we already had it done prior to this text message. We had our move out inspection done April 28th 2023 the manager went through we signed the sheet and she took it back started writing and checking off the boxes for damage in the apartment and wrote repaint apartment after I did it already if I could post the video that I taken prior to the inspection you will see everything that we did and how clean the apartment is. They ended up charging us paint and it's funny cause it's exactly what our damage deposit was. Charged us for a set of blinds $100.00 even though the blinds had no damage, $30 for burnt out bulbs in the video all light are on no burnt out bulbs, and 30.00 for a draw that we called them to fix and they did with a used one from another apartment. In the end we now apparently owe them 1241.00
