put an actual door on and I could not live there until then. I was told it was because they had to fire a maintenance worker, and have yet to replace him. The sink in my kitchen was not connected correctly so I had water all over the floor anytime I used it. There was a hole in the bathroom wall by the facet to the tub so again so water would leak onto the floor. I HAD NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTORS FOR OVER 2 WEEKS! It took nearly a month to get a new refrigerator, my leaked. Rather than fixing it I came home to find they had turned it off and nearly lost all food inside. I spent an hour complaining to the management company that day alone to receive a new refrigerator. The tile in the bathroom was peeling up and there was a hole in the wall leading to other apartments, this allowing numerous insects to live and travel through. The day I signed my lease I was told they would spray my apartment for the roaches that were there. Never have they actually done this. I have followed up on this many times and yet over a month later they still have not sprayed. When it became clear that none of these things were would be done and I was finding roaches living all over my apartment, as well as being bit by other insects in my sleep, I left. Rather than fixing the problem and providing a healthy place to live they decided to evict me. I would never recommend anyone moving here. The sad thing is that the apartment building was a nice place to live, however poorly run and the management company put very little interest in providing a safe and healthy living environment.
