Bugs they can’t seem to get control over, in educated staff residents rights and don’t care the people here just care about getting their rent checks people trash the tennis courts they don’t care about. People think they are entitled to be disrespectful to others around them not place rest to rest or relax . The guys they have now trying to do their jobs to do repair s are really nice and over loaded with work orders and are trying to their best but so far behind in orders they can not get ...
to every thing yet still you have work orders that don’t get done . Bur management needs help the say people do give them a chance to make things right but truly they don’t care to the just as little as they can. Just enough to get you in the door and after that they wash their hands of you . If you like bugs you will be living with the your full lease and they have the worst pest control

Her unit has been receiving biweekly treatments for several months. However, our pest control vendor, Massey, has advised that they can no longer apply additional chemical treatments at this time, as they believe it would not be effective under the current conditions. Massey has noted that a lasting resolution cannot be achieved until unclean apartment conditions are addressed, specifically the removal of pet food being left out and the cleanup of dead insects.
Please note that we have not received similar concerns from other residents. We take all resident concerns seriously and treat every pest control request with care and urgency. Massey continues to provide biweekly treatments throughout the community until any reported issues are resolved.
